What I specialise in
I'm deeply passionate about how our personal life stories shape and impact our experiences, relationships, health, and happiness in today's fast-paced and demanding world.

I work with individuals and professionals experiencing stress, anxiety, and overwhelm and a key focus of my work is understanding and regulating their nervous system. Integrating this unique lens with my psychotherapy training I believe we can being awareness to our internal experiences, what causes our systems to shift to states of anxiety, stress, fear, shut down and hopelessness, find the language to describe what happens and use your unique tools to bring you into a more regulated relational way of being with yourself and with those around you. Understanding what is happening for you and what you can do in a tangible way starts to give you agency over what you feel and how you experience life.
My approach
My approach is collaborative and holistic, combining talking therapy with practical tools like breathwork and stress management techniques, as well as creative techniques like drawing and visualisation to explore your inner world to help uncover the messages of the unconscious, which holds in its depths the potential for growth.
I aim to create a safe and supportive space where you can explore your emotions, understand your body, and develop a deeper connection all the parts that you are made of both physically, emotionally and psychologically. By addressing the underlying causes of stress and promoting nervous system regulation with a deeper understanding of who you are at every level, we work together enhance your well-being, improve your relationships, and achieve greater success in all areas of your life.
